Zendaya Makes the Case for Short Shorts in Winter at Paris Fashion Week - Yahoo Life

Zendaya was easy to spot at Louis Vuitton’s autumn/winter 2023 show. Dressed in a pair of animal-print short shorts and a matching jacket—with only the briefest of black triangle bralette beneath—and matching boots, she was impossible to miss outside the venue.

The actor was all smiles as she made her entrance in her wild separates, her hair in a bouncy butterfly bob. As for accessories, Zendaya wore layered necklaces and a belt, and carried one of the house’s monogrammed top-handle bags.

Her chosen look couldn’t be more on trend: Shorts suits have been all over the runways, and fellow stars including Gigi Hadid and Jennifer Lawrence have recently been snapped in similarly fresh takes on traditional tailoring. Hemlines are also generally higher than ever on the style set: See Hailey Bieber’s ever shorter minidresses, or Kendall Jenner styling her Bottega sweater with tights and heels. Zendaya wasn’t about to let a freezing day in Paris deter her from wearing hot pants.

The star has been keeping a low profile in recent months, but she made a triumphant return to the red carpet in February at the NAACP Image Awards, wearing aughts-era Versace and vintage-inspired Prada picked by her stylist, Law Roach. Days later she wore an Armani Privé gown and rose-adorned Valentino at the SAG Awards.

Louis Vuitton marks her first fashion month outing this season—she hasn’t been seen on a front row since Valentino’s spring/summer 2023 show in October.
