Irina Shayk Pairs her Leather Short Shorts with Knee-High Boots and a Tupac Shakur T-Shirt - Yahoo Life

Irina Shayk aced transitional dressing with her latest street-style look.

On Thursday, the model was spotted strolling through New York City with her six-year-old daughter, Lea, while wearing an outfit that combined the best of her spring and winter wardrobes.

The centerpiece of the ensemble was a pair of black leather high-waisted hot shorts, which she styled with a black T-shirt printed with a picture of the late rapper Tupac Shakur. She layered with a maroon bomber jacket and capped off the look with black knee-high leather riding boots. To accessorize, Shayk also wore black sunglasses, large silver hoop earrings, and a black nylon shoulder bag.

Shayk, who is one of Harper's BAZAAR's May 2023 cover stars, recently opened up about how motherhood has impacted her conception of beauty.

"Motherhood definitely shined a light on me, [like] 'Oh, you’re a mother, you’re busy, but you still have time for yourself and you don’t have to change who you are.' Sometimes I wake up and I feel cute and I think,'Oh, should I put these pictures out on social media?' One voice says, 'Oh, but people will say, You’re a mother.'And I’m like, 'But what does it mean?'" she told BAZAAR. "My example is Emily Ratajkowski. She’s always sexy and feminine and all about loving your body. Maybe I’m not so vocal about it, but I’m totally on the same wavelength: You’re a mother, but it doesn’t mean you cannot go outside in a tiny little skirt or put a sexy picture up."
