DULUTH, MN. (KBJR) - The Cherry boys basketball team came up just short in the Class A state semifinals on Friday morning.
The Tigers kept the game close for the majority of regulation, but ultimately fell short, 72-61.
Sophomore standout Isaac Asuma lead the way with 36 points. They were making their first appearance at the state tournament since 1997, and second in program history.
